Values of the Church:
- Voice Bible Church has developed this list of church values for itself. It is an example for other churches who need to do the same:
- An atmosphere of acceptance and love: We create an environment where every person feels accepted and finds love and support.
- Communication and relationships: We value openness, cooperation and support in all relationships, building strong bonds with each other.
- Evangelism as a process, not an event: We recognize that evangelism is an ongoing process, not just an isolated event, and we strive to live this principle in our ministry.
- Respect, courtesy, tact and respect for each other's time: We recognize the importance of respecting individuals and their time, and we strive to be courteous, tactful, and respectful in all our interactions.
- Trust: We strive to build an atmosphere of trust where everyone can feel safe and supported.
- Accountability: We emphasize openness and accountability to God and each other in all our actions and decisions.
- Mutual support and mutual assistance: We support each other, provide assistance and promote development in all areas of life.
- Cultivating Christian virtues: We strive to develop and demonstrate Christian virtues such as humility, unhaughtiness, sincerity, kindness, gentleness, and acceptance.
- Life as worship: We understand our lives as worship of God, and we seek to give our lives and ministries to Him.
- Lack of a spirit of criticism and judgment: We emphasize that our interactions are free from a spirit of criticism and judgment.
- Pastoral care: The priority goal of pastoral ministry is to care for, help, and support church members in all areas of their lives.
- Dedication to service: We are committed to the service of God and people and are willing to give ourselves to this service.
- Discipleship: We are committed to continuous development and learning as disciples of Christ.
- Involvement of new people in ministry as a priority goal for the church: We seek to actively engage new people in ministry, helping them to find their purpose in the church.
- Communication (systematically communicating our feelings and expectations): We strive to maintain open and effective communication where everyone is free to express their thoughts and feelings.
- Responsible stewardship of the resources God entrusts to the church: We recognize that the resources we have are a gift from God, and we have a responsibility to use and manage them responsibly.
Involving new people in ministry as a priority goal for the church: We strive to actively engage new people in ministry by helping them find their purpose in the church.
